Dewey is fearless – fearlessly friendly. Everyone who enters the Harquin office is greeted by this tail wagging five year old Irish Wheaten Terrier who was rescued from the Mt. Vernon Pound at 8 months old. Dewey just loves people, coming to work and he motivates us all to be excited about life, 24/7. But he is also ultra cool, keeping up on social trends and the hot parks to be at, and if you play the right music, he'll lift his chin up high and sing along.
At Harquin, Dewey is more than a mascot. He inspires creativity, empathy, sincerity and trust. Since “we are a culture of listeners”, Dewey helps us hear decibels usually unheard by the human ear. He expects us to be above the rest. There is nothing we can do but honor his request.
